Overnight services include regular updates, three walks within a 24-hour period, and allow for a maximum absence of 4 hours at a time. This is to accommodate other scheduled visits. The PCS will always arrive no later than 5 minutes after the agreed-upon start time, though early arrival is preferred. There is no flexible window for either the start or end time.

25-50 minute visits include any necessary care for your pet, such as feedings, medication administration, and additional services (e.g., tooth brushing, brushing, etc.). This also allows time for an indoor visit, where the PCS may engage in play, enrichment activities, litter box cleaning, and other required tasks.

Walks are typically 25-50 minutes in length. However, please note that this time includes more than just outdoor activity. It accounts for gear preparation, cleaning up any messes, allowing your dog to settle from excitement, warming up to the PCS, administering any necessary feedings or medications, and adjusting for dangerous weather conditions.

The 15-minute potty break is ideal for puppies or pets in need of multiple visits per day. It focuses solely on potty breaks and is especially beneficial for new puppies and potty training. A minimum of two visits per day is required.

For temperatures below 15°F or above 80°F, walks may be shortened to prevent injury, illness, heat stroke, or frostbite. In cold weather, the duration of the walk will depend on your pet's gear (e.g., boots, sweater, coat).

You will be provided with options to make up for any lost time, such as shortening the visit, extending the next walk, indoor playtime, or enrichment activities indoors.

All services will be within a “window,” this means allotted time to begin the service. This is due to unexpected delays, accidents, cleanups, and more i may come across in my schedule that are unexpected. All services will be recorded and communicated in “time to pet,” where you will receive updates, photos and videos, and report cards on my visit with your pet!
